Design & Engineering Support
We help clients and creative consultants achieve their vision by recommending the best products and solutions for their application. Our unique expertise is invaluable for clients aiming to realize an innovative vision while still remaining practical and affordable. We'll even supply and assemble mockups for visual demonstrations to help clients and consultants ensure that the proposed solution achieves the desired results.
During the sales process, we provide a diverse suite of technical support services that help clients make critical choices about their lighting project. These include, but are not limited to:
- Creating CAD technical drawings
- Compiling of bills of materials
- Developing customized installation guidelines and methodology statements
- Creating customized installation diagrams
- Developing a customized installation schedule
- Training on software tools and other features
- Creation of project-specific 3D renderings and animations
Installation
Our dedicated Applications Engineering Team assists clients in project management and installation supervision to ensure our products are installed per the manufacturer's and specifier's guidelines. Site visits are typically required and can be arranged.
Systems Integration & Programming
For programmable lighting, we provide both on-site and remote programming services. We can also integrate our systems with many widely used third party controllers and Building Management Systems.
Testing & Commissioning
After installation is completed, our applications engineers will inspect, test and verify the system. We then certify that the system complies with the project specifications and is operating in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and warranty terms.
Post-Installation Support
We train and certify facilities management personnel to operate, troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on our systems. We also carry out post-installation site visits for follow-on inspections, programming, maintenance, training and warranty service.
